Dalai Lama Gets Human Rights Award in Washington

The Dalai Lama received the Lantos Human Rights Prize in Washington Tuesday. He will not meet with President Barack Obama while in Washington, Obama decided to postpone any meeting until after his visit to China next month. (Oct. 6)
