NIIICE! I'm from central Texas and used to go out there quite often, plan on being out there this summer after some more mods to my car. Was it a 2-door M3 or 4 door? Just a plain jane 4L M3 or was it an E-90 or E-90 with driver package? They make about 420HP atc at 8,600rpm but the torque curve and hp curve are so different it's not the best car for drag racing, road racing with a close ratio gear box, yes.

Not sure which it was, but from what I remember it was real nice. On that particular run he wasn't at his best. He had some times that came close, but never close enough. Maybe if he had everything perfect and I had a delayed reaction time he could of edged one out.

heyyy heyyyy easy with the m3 talk... i got a 2011 e90 m3 with the ess supercharger, i make srt-8's look like they're walking .... any car can be fast in a striaght line.. put that srt-8 on the track with a stock m3 and lets see how it does even with its allwheel drive... there's a reason why they say the m3 is a bench mark for performance cars... so lets not talk smackkk

at least you aren't as obnoxious as the other asshats that think it is impossible. I'm sure you would walk on other SRT8s SC'd. However stock for stock its hard to find anything, especially under 100k, that can beat it.

As for your second point. Check out my other videos. I did take it to a course. I whooped on a lot of cars. One being an M3 plus a vette, STI, Elise and others. Granted they werent the best drivers, but we were all on the same skill level.

People still just dont get it. No matter how quick a supposed car is if the particular car is a manual w/ an inexperienced driver they are going to seriously compromise the vehicle's performance potential. A jeep SRT8 is an AWD idiot proof vehicle that has superior tracking than EVERY SINGLE RWD vehicle running on street tires ON THE PLANET. Why is that just b/c the 2010 m3 can put down 12.7 sec 1/4's we all assume that it will do it EVERY TIME no matter who the driver and what the climate?

Anybody can say whatever but its still a friggin fast jeep.. I remember the days when we had to dump a 401 or Small Block Chevy to make one fast..

Its a heavy jeep that runs as fast as a car , all motor no supercharger or anything- out fucking standing I like seeing shit like that..

@blacknight335 It's a back and forth game... in 07 srt8 was the fastest suv in the world (stock) now porche and bmw have passed it.The new srt8 is coming out tho so watch out.Soon your bmw will look like its walking especially if you put a supercharger on the srt8.... and then it will get passed again....so on and so on goes the game.

@blacknight335 the srt8s hold 0.92 on the skid pad, that is fucking amazing for a SUV. The bmw m3 is a little coupe, its supposed to beat the jeep! The fact that it has try so hard is dissapointing :)
