  • awesome man!! how'd u manage to turn ur backflip better? i mean u did it going backwards at first, then u started doing them more up rather than back starting on 2:30...xD

  • Someone who saw me practicing told me to jump up instead of back, i would get more time to flip. So i just started jumping up instead of back

  • I learned to backflip without ever stepping foot in a gym. A home trampoline and the lawn were good enough for me.

  • Awesome bro!! Many thx for sharing!!

    God Bless

  • lol if i have a gym like yours..i have to comforme whit grass

  • when i started learning backflips i done it on sloped ground i never went to the gym when i do it on straight ground i start running backwards it helps alot

  • my friend terra... while running towards a parked car she backflipped over it. (driver to passenger side.. not hood to trunk) was crazy because she didnt tell us what she was gonna do and she didnt even slow down to jump.... i wish i would flat land these but i can only do it while in the air (snowboarding)

  • im sooo sad that i cant get over the fear i do backflip :,(

  • brain?

  • It is a lot easier if you can do it on a trampoline first, then you work you way to harder surfaces. I mastered them quite easily starting with bouncing on a home trampoline, the from standing on the trampoline. Next I used a pile of grass cuttings as a softer surface, learned it on that, then I moved onto the grass. Easy as that!!!!

  • When you got a gym... it's easy to do em.

  • ey man how long does it get to master back flip??
