Well, finally got a hold of them. Apparently, I was already covered 'till the end of next month; the renewal is for starting June 1st. (They never put that in the letter, BTW.)
Also, my grandmother (mother's side) is getting divorced. Again. After 3 years. And she's making rash decisions. Again. As usual.
It's just another day in my life. *makes face*

Oh, of course, they can't just do their jobs and help you and make things easier on you. Nooo, that would be a good thing, can't have that! Insurance is such a pain in the ass.
I'm sorry you have to go through all this difficulty and they are just making it harder. As though you don't have enough to deal with, right? You need their crap on top of it. *hugs*
