because when you drive a car you could cause injury someone else and their property, and when you can not afford health insurance it is your own health you are considering. Your not having health insurance has no bearing on car insurance as car insurance is mandatory to protect others not your self. Do I need liability insurance because I might injure you by walking next to you? No...not really. Fining people for not having health insurance is unconstitutional and poor answer.

1. Do I blame greedy loan sharks for loaning money to people he can't afford it? No, that's what greedy loan sharks do. But when the greedy loan shark is a GSE and the Democrats (socialists) are blessing the activity, who else am I to blame but Democrats (socialists)? In the eyes of Democrats in Congress, if you loan to people who can't afford it, you're taking advantage of them. If you only loan to people who can afford it, you're denying people a chance at the "american dream(TM)".
