@RoxasNova Totally agree, however, if you take a good look at it, this isn't the most linear Final Fantasy out there: I mean, look at FFX, most people don't see it as a linear game but the maps are flat out straight lines!, the thing is that its environment is open spaces, while in FFXIII its closed alleys most of the time. The biggest discussion is about whether you believe the combat system is good and what you think about the story of the game, personally I really love this game.

Im at the part where they just went to gran pulse and im now roaming the huge open field, trying to train. Thing is, its hard to train cuz it takes me two or more tries just to win a single battle. Im using Hope, Lightning, and Sazh with all of them being trained offensively (as in, Hope and Sazh as a ravager, Lightning as a commando). Its getting to the point where all of their upgrades cost 6-10 thousand. Can anyone help me with a better strategy of training? Or some good way to make gil?

@hunterman823 you get all your party and can change them later but I didn't beat the game so maybe it changes back

The only thing I don't like about the game is how if the character controlling you dies, it's game over. I should be able to use my other party member to at least revive myself. And the other thing, I don't really like how I can't pick and choose my own parties and they keep splitting up in the beginning chapters of the game. Overall the game is really great, and the cinematics are well done. I like the new battle system. It gives a more action-filled feeling to battles.
man i always thought this game was shit but now i am starting to like it :P is it worth getting? pls reply me

Among Final Fantasy fans, there've been mixed reactions towards the game as a whole. Some didn't enjoy it for it's linear gameplay. Some didn't enjoy it because it wasn't "the same" as other Final Fantasies. As a hardcore FF fan, I enjoyed it. Not the greatest Final Fantasy but a good RPG nonetheless. Try it out.

i have a question, when u beat the game, can u go back and do the 64 missions on grand pulse?

Yes you can, although I wouldn't recommend doing them. They're very boring.

@RoxasNova i just want to do them so that i could do the achievements, and where did u get that omega weapon for lighting, and is that weapon the strongest weapon she could use?

It's been too long since I last played man, if I could tell you how I made it I would, sorry. Yeah this is her best weapon, very powerful needless to say.
