  • At about 6:00 in, you can hear the subtle sounds of thousands of astrophysicists scratching their heads in wonder of Shawn's exploration of alternate universes...

  • Damn, that's intense...and Shawn's hybrid picking is just....o.0....

  • That lick from 4:56-4:58 was a pretty cool one to toss in.

  • wow...

  • 5:30 My head fucking explodes...

  • @Jcam1sfly Hey check out Scotty Anderson, probably THE GREATEST jazz guitarist living today as well as maybe Bireli Lagrene, trust me when you check him out your mind will be BLOWN. It took me a while to believe someone that good existed.

  • He's the my inspiration on the guitar him and Guthrie govan are the reasons why I'm gonna be the best I can be. I wish someone could carry on his playing.

  • Hey Zeus H Christ, I genuinly think Shawn Lane is an angel and found a way to operate on this plane of existence.

  • Shawn Lane had an amazing gift and no else in my opinion will ever come close for as long as I live. I agree with many who say geniuses come and go quickly. In this case, he came, went, but remains powerfully as these videos can demonstrate. No one else can blast my brain with such musical strength..

  • I think this is the best performance of this song I have ever seen them do. I also think I just shit myself in amazement.

  • This man has no equal!!!!!!!!!!!

  • fucking love this song.. such imaginative playing r. i.p shawn, never forgotten!!
