Drivers eye view of Crich Tramway Village 17-09-08

On board 1904 Sheffield Tram No.74, I realised I could film a drivers eye view of the route- but my arms didn't half ache by the end!

Sheffield Tram No. 74 was built originally as an open top tram, and then it was enclosed to create an enclosed double-decker with open platforms and staircases. A unique tram. I'm not surprised that the Conductor used their whistle at the beginning rather than the bell, as it is in a very awkward position which is just next to the handbrake (the lever the driver was using in the video) and hard to get to. I know this because I am a Conductor on the trams and have been on 74 quite a bit! :)

@8spliced Hi, u used to conduct too, back in the good o`le days of 84 n 86, i was from M/cr, used to come with keith in his green buss ??, now im in Auss, with historical Aircraft lol
