  • is it beneficial to do workouts 7 days a week?

  • depends on what you do. You can do a different style of exercise each day...ie. Cardio, strength training, yoga, plyometrics, kick boxing, stretching, etc... So the most important thing is to do what is challenging and feels good. Rest when you need it.~ahmad

  • Love it :)

  • Thank you for that feedback!

  • ok so u say I should be doing ur day to day workout? like let's say I start tomorow, I start with day 1 and then just keep one with day 2 day 3 etc? No I haven't read it yet.

  • If you can begin in your spare time doing my day 1-day 30 workout clips. You should also really make sure you intake good protein. Let talk some more. Have you read the ebook yet?~ahmad

  • Man help me out: At the beginning of May I started going to the gym, kept it up till 23 of july then I went on vacation and stopped working for 1 month didn't loose any muscle just some of my strength and stamina. Now I started school again so I don't have time to go to the gym as I once did. I think I am starting to loose muscle now. What can I do to preserve what I gained? Can you give me like a weekly exercise routine that I can do at home with no weights and that doesn't take much time.

  • thanks!
