  • Na verdade esses comentários em inglês são a transcrição/tradução que o carlosestevam muito gentilmente fez a pedido de uma pessoa que comentou na parte dois do vídeo.

    To interview the director Fernando Meirelles we've taken guests Rodrigo Salem, chief-editor of SET magazine, Luís Carlos Merten, critic of Cinema of journal "O Estado de São Paulo", Mona Dorf, presenter of program "Letras e Leituras" from Eldorado radio and Ideal channel from Abril and André Nigri, editor of Cinema from the Bravo magazine. Carmem Amorim, our reporter, brings questions from the audience that were sent by internet.

  • A co-production of Brazil, Japan and Canada, the movie is an adaptation to Cinema of a Romance with the same name from lusitan writer José Saramago. The history about an epidemy of blindness that holds the population of an entire city, causing chaos and violence; only one woman still can see, character played by the american actress Julianne Moore.

    The cast also presents Alice braga, a brazilian that suceeded her carrerr of actress in USA. "Blindness" has open the Cannes Festival, in 2008.
