This is an old review--one of my first actually. I removed it a long time ago as I didn't care for a lot of my first few reviews. I am re-posting now just to show how far I've come with my review videos and because, although this video is not up to my new standards, it is still a fairly solid review of a great movie.

  • I actually just watch this last night! This and "Forbidden World" came in the mail yesterday. I don't know what to think of it. I have to watch it again. One thing I can say is that this movie started out fast! I was afraid that it was going to drag but it blasted off as fast as that bitches space ship! And seeing Robert Englund in space was pretty cool.

Thanks for posting "The Lost Review", Rev.!

  • @johnnyhorror92182 - You got it, man--I may pull out another "lost episode"...but maybe not. lol

  • This movie finally got the proper DVD/Blu-ray release it was supposed to have. I'm still waiting for my blu-ray copy, but I heard the extras are really good too.

I prefer Forbidden World (it's more fun to watch imo), but Galaxy of Terror has the better plot and cast. Sid Haig gets the best death in the movie.

  • @nesfan1111 Yes it did. I should put an update on here. Thanx for reminding me.

    Forbidden World kicks ass too!

  • It's Mr. Hand from Fastimes at Ridgemont High.

  • @howlthe4th It's tough, man. Even when I'm reading a script I still manage to throw in an um or an uh. lol

Unfortunately, um and uh have just become such a big part of the English language--most people say them a lot and don't even know it.

  • @FreddiePipes Yeah I have that issue right now also since I don't script my video reviews. I'm thinking it's about time I have notes in front of me and sort of do it that way to control the "um" level.

  • @FillingtheVoidReview - Thanx and it is a fairly good alternative to Alien, but way cheesier...so if you're into that sort of thing...

  • @WardenGordon - Yup, I hear you on that. Enough with the sci-fi talk and get to the splatter!

  • @howlthe4th - This is back when I did reviews unscripted and "um'ed' and "uh'ed" a lot, I hated that so, after this one I stuck to doing them scripted. Not a bad review, I just didn't like the production of it.

  • @Anrkist713 - I agree. In the beginning I didn't know how to add video, so I got rid of a lot of my old ones that didn't have any video at all.
