For the most part I do not fly any airline. The company I work for put in video conference save 85% and are up sales so the company is more profitable. No more getting grope by tsa no getting to the airport two hr early, no more sitting three hr and still missing the connecting flight. No more leaving on Sunday and returning on Saturday,,No more trying to find time for comp days to take off or lose them. No more eating bad food in airports or on planes. No more sitting in cramped seats.
If this is real, it's just another reason why I'd WALK before flying AA ever again . . . in my opinion, it would behoove AA to listen to their passengers and try to make valid improvements. Delta has notification service via phone and/or text message . . . bring AA into the 2010s folks !!!
Fly American Airlines, at American we dont give a rats ass about our passengers just their money. Screw safety and customer service just give us your cash and shut up. Our fleet is old and our staff is underpaid and unfriendly since we rather spend the money for bonus packages for our great management. Our Ceo is a corrupt bastard that never would set he´s foot on a AA aircraft. Well he´s got a private jet and gets a fat bonus every month sowhy should he. AA crap in the sky.
american airlines is TRASH these days. hopefully they dont recover from chapter 11
