China Olympic will go down for human rights abuses. Chinese repression in Tibet had gotten "certainly worse" since China was awarded the Olympics in 2001. The Bible will be restrict to international Olympic goer. There are no Baptist or Evangelical or Muslim practice freely in China. China supports Sudan government for the Darfur genocide, and Burma government killing protesters and a Japanese Journalist. China has sold weapons to the Sudanese government and defended Khartoum in the U.N. China was the closest ally of the communist Khmer Rouge, under whose brutal rule up to two million Cambodians died of starvation, disease or execution during the late 1970s.

  • DALAI LAMA IS GREAT TYPICAL HUMAN .............

  • The buddhists doesent really beliave in reincarnation as far as I understand it. It is more of a link between all life. If you get eaten by a lion then a part of you become a part of the lion for instance. What happens with the self is not answered in Buddism. Correct me if I am wrong.

On the other hand, you wil have more inner peace the more good you do and the more you are abel to focus on others then yourself.

  • Buddhist tradition differ greatly it seems from theravada, mahayana, Zen, but I am confused, until the controversial discussions between kings and philosophers, Zen masters and pupils of the middle way. Had The Buddha, in so far what we attribute to be his words, ever said anything about an afterlife or reincarnation? or did that get added by others from a hindu trad.? does anyone know if The Buddha said anything like in the Pali canon about afterlife, or reincarnation, b/c i never thought so.

  • It's BUDDhist not BOOdist.

  • @Templemain

    if you make it

    sounds fun for me

    Don´t spread your "Shugden-dharma" - CULT EXTREMIST.

Shugden followers get money from China. So don´t coplain.

  • For the sake of Religious Freedom & Loving Compassion... please allow Dorje Shugden practitioners their rights & freedom to live like the rest of the Tibetans in India where they are not ostracized & be allowed to go anywhere, enter any shop, without prejudice. "If your enemy slaps you on the left cheek, you give your right?" in Christianity. N in Dharma, aren't we taught that our supreme teachers are actually our enemy? Respect HHDL & DS. Focuses on making the dharma grow. dorjeshugden(dot)com

  • I have read the Bible a number of times and cannot find in it the Christian notions of heaven. If they didn't come from the Bible - where did they come from? To read this book with a completely open mind the reader might conclude that there are more similarities with Buddhism than dissimilarities.

  • Yup thats Christianity for ya.

Accept our loving, perfect, and just God man or burn screaming in hell for eternity.

Yup makes me definitely want to be a christian :)

  • "Please, international community, judge whether there is a problem or not. Go there and investigate," he told members of the Dutch parliament on the final day of a three-day visit.

In the case the majority of people genuinely are happy, then our information is wrong ... and we will have to apologise to the Chinese government. Dalai Lama, June 06, 2009
