  • where the fuck is eagletheheadgehog's comment D:

  • they sell 3 person chess but the bad part is...they dont have all those wacky pieces...I dont want to play unless I have the exact same pieces as in this episode....unless I am forced to make them my self OR I go out looking for D&D character pieces and I could end up using those as real pieces

  • Wait wasn't Lenard in check. That sir was not a legal move.

  • is it alright to say "ITS A TRAP!!!"

  • @cityraildude Here's something else to think about: (or perhaps this was Chuck Lorre's intention with anything nerdy on the show? hehe)

In normal chess, if you are in check, but not in checkmate, it's illegal check your opponent's king unless doing so stops your king from being checked. Why? Your opponent's next move is to capture your king. It's over. The goal of every war is to capture the head of state, not to corner the head of state.

Now, the question is, what is the 3-player analogue?

  • I would love to get those props, wondering how a transporter pad, gorilla, pope, golf cart, beekeeper, and the jetpack all look like. Wow, like Penny, I might be becoming a geek already. :-) We know that the boys like to collect props from movies (Hulk hands, Green Lantern lantern, the One True Ring, and Ice from Game of Thrones).

Because Sheldon loses, and, unless they play to see who comes second, it doesn't matter if Lenard is in check because he didn't lose, but he made Sheldon lose

Yes it is an elimination type. Remembering that everything is an assumption as I don't have the actual rules but would kill to have them...

  • @zedkpea

    yes
