What? What grades are 13 to 15 year olds in? A freshman in all the US schools I know can be 15 some 14 at the absolute youngest. Are you trying to tell me that there are 13 year old that are Freshman in high school other than ones that have skipped a grade or two? That's impossible.

i do think random drug testing is too harsh. i'm the mother of an 8th grader and i would absolutely NOT want him "just tested." though i do believe if a young teen where to be picked up doing drugs, random testing would be in order. if they aren't intelligent enough not to experiment then they lost the trust to they're privacy. plus they CAN get the help faster before it becomes a habit.

Holy shit, my little 1 square mile town is getting noticed nationally haha. I see what your saying that the little kids getting labeled and all, it doesnt really happen like that in belvidere, its a town where everyone knows one and other... its tiny!! But believe it or not we do have those kids that are in the 6-8th grade that avidly smoke weed and that. Im in the high school and completely agree with high school level testing but the 6th grade is to young.

FUCK public school. If the school get the jocks in trouble, they cant go to their precious football games, and then the push-over parents bitch at the school. So, the jocks never get punished. And because of that, the jocks, who were the assholes of my school, constantly bullied a close friend of mine, Asher Brown. This persisted for so long, he KILLED himself! The students' parents, the little jock assholes, the teacher unions, and the football team is the reason I am being home-schooled!

Im in middle school, im 13, going to be in 8th grade next year. And lemme tell you. There is a lott of drug use in middle school, i know one too many kids who smoke weed on a regular basis and honestly im one of them (dont judge me, its my life) but anyways, that is just outrageous, because there are more important things to be focusing on.
