@wurlitzerwilly Pity that they don't want to hear the ATOS organist of the year play. In Australia we are really looking forward to Dave playing for us at various venues across the country in late 2012. A couple of months before that we also have a guy from the states by the name of Jonas Nordwall. Do you think they have heard of him? ; )

Not the same organ, Dean. This was the Wurlitzer that the Wurlitzer family had installed in their mansion.

I believe I saw the console to this organ about 20 years ago, in a storage warehouse owned by Wicks, but it was painted black, and had a single stoprail. If I remember right (and I'd really like confermation on this) the nine rank organ it played was a residence organ with very little unification, and Wicks built chests.
If it's this organ, they sure did a number on it, it sounds just terrific. Great playing, as always brom Dave.

Fantastic stuff. I'm really getting into this organ playing sound, so exciting.
I recommend a search for Michael Wooldridge, too.

Brilliant performance! I'll be first in the queue for tickets if and when Mr Wickerham comes to the UK!!

What a handsome console, and the organ seems to resound very well in its space. Bravo to the artist Mr. Wicherham.

Dave's playing is always fantastic. Thanks for posting this video.
@craigkeller1966, I'm pleased that someone had managed to arrange a tour for Dave in Oz. You will really enjoy his playing. Most people who have anything to do with the Theatre Organ world have heard of Jonas Nordwall. Another excellent musician.

Unfortunately, it's unlikely there will be any more invites. The collection is being sold and Dave and family are moving northwards.

We had hoped that he might visit the UK, but many of the old farts over here have not heard much of Dave and won't commit to a concert. I guess it would need at least 6 with shared air fare to make it worth his while. It seems that there are very few venues in the UK that would even consider a 'foreign' organist. :-(

Welcome. I don't know how you could get invited, but keep trying. It's truly awesome.
