This is a retelling of an old Guimarasnon legend. a Princess named Guima eloping with her lover, a slave named Aras. during a storm their boat capsized, the princess was washed ashore in an island. her lover was nowhere to be found. In the legend, the princess still roams the island (Guimaras) in search of her Aras. In this short film we see the legend and the real-life tragedy meet. princess covered in oil slick still searching for her lost lover.

instead of that woman wearing white eerie dress which can be mistaken as a white lady of the sea or a sea godess (i duno it might by fantastical in ur viewpoint) you could have ordinary citizens in there e.g. a fisherman and his life being affected by the oil spill or sumthing,...

chances are that if you do not have an idea about the tragedy, you won't be able relate to this clip...

she's affected by the tragedy...get the message...gud cinematography...it can be improved a bit...its your own way of relaying your messge but if it was more realistic it wudve give more impact...
