Sgt. Don demonstrating how to properly hold and fire an M4 style AR- notice grip location on/near the mag well, and his support arm does not "chicken wing" nor is it far from his body; trigger pull is light and directly back. Support arm forms a Triangle with elbow against the ribs for the most stability. He does not spend too much time between shots- keeps the front post clear, the target blurry, pulling the trigger at the bottom of his out breath.

Groupings standing off hand are within a 3 inches at 100 and 5-6 inches at 200 yards- he's taking head shots at 100 yards in this vid.
