Absolutely! Forgiveness is a practice that cannot be omitted. It's one of those things that seem so dreadful - who wants to forgive, let alone ASK forgiveness from someone else - but once you have done it, the freedom is so relieving.

The key is to remember it's a practice. we have to do it continuously, like an Olympic athlete. No matter how good you get, practice, practice, practice.
