well i don't have a blissey but i agree it's totally ou but damn its a fuckin concrete wall.. even with my lv 100 lucario sometimes i've troubles with it... too high defence

@Keese1309 OU = overused, a tier of pokemon which are commonly used due to their good stats and/or movepools. UU = underused, a tier of pokemon which have their own group due to them usually being outclassed by pokemon in the OU tier.
