John McKee is cooking traditional Wellington cuisine for "Something I Prepared Earlier" competition. Today he's giving us a fast-forward version of how to cook delicious Paua fritters with chunky oven baked chips. Check out the recipe below:

PAUA FRITTER RECIPE
- Minced Paua Mixture
paua
potato
onion
*mince paua, onion, potato together
- Paua Fritter Battter
4oz flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup milk
1 egg
* whisk batter mixture into smooth texture
**Stir Paua mince into batter mixture
***Fry fritters in rice bran oil and a little butter

CHUNKY POTATO CHIPS RECIPE
Potatoes cut into chunky slices
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp chicken stock
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp celery salt
chopped chives, rosemary, and mint fresh from tthe garden
1/4 cup Olive Oil
*** bake at 200 degrees for ~ 20-30 mins.
