  • classical music ftw

  • 1ElChapoGuzman3, get over it already. There's a lot of songs that were written in one country but commonly referred to by their name in another language. It's beautiful regardless of the language of the title.

  • Bloodandbones** i dont care if he was your ascendant uncle or whatever... the correct title for the waltz is "Sobre las olas" in SPANISH wheather you like it or not! Juventino Rosas was born and lived in Mexico and spoke Spanish.

  • Alegra el espíritu y hace valorar mas a concirncia cada segundo de nuestra vida.

Justamente ÉSE es el poder de la verdadera música: josé marchena ramírez desde Barranquilla, Colombia..

  • @Astraea52 Me too, my friend! He was my ascendant uncle. It is "Over the Waves" to me, always!

  • cuando existe en uno el talento. no importan las dificultades Este siempre saldra a flote a pesar de todo. excelente mexicano como muchos otros.

  • Juventino Rosas MEXICO 1868-1894 Sobre las Olas " Uber den Wellen " Over The Waves . aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa MEXICO !!

  • It might be "Sobre las Olas", but I immediately picture the circus .. the graceful flyers on the trapeze, high wire walkers, and even magicians! Hermosa mustic!

  • Very Beautiful rendition of the extremely popular waltz - "Over the Waves" authored by the legendary Mexican Juventino Rosas, is very much known and cherished even today among us in Sri Lanka!

    Long Live Mexico!!!

  • Please Juventino Rosas the author of this waltz could be prouder if everybody play it and say the name in Spanish, he wanted people to believe that he was from Mexico even he was not proud of it because nobody believe in his talent. Sobre las Olas, it is just wonderful!!!!
