No, that's correct. It's just that the timing of hitting the d/f+4 is incredibly strict, you need lots of practice to get it down. 4 has to be inputted at the exact same time at the d/f.
Try hitting 4 before hitting d/f, it seemed to help me get JFSR down.

How do you do that SRK Hwoarang kick with the blue effect? I heard its f, n, d/f+4 but it doesnt seem to work...

@xYellowFlashx hey, i know this comment is 4 years old and stuff but in case you were wondering how to get the sky rocket move with the blur light, i think you have to be in the right stance by pressing 3 4, then peforming the sky rocket move while in that stance. it works occasionally for me but i've noticed it more in this stance.

but if you went to any arcades that had Tekken 6, I guess Tekken 6 was the pilot version and Tekken 6 BR is the improved version. There wasn't that much difference so I'm assuming they released both games into one.

BR is the name of the expanded version of the game, released not only for the PS3, but also for the arcades.
I'm not much of a Tekken player, but BR apparently made few minor changes that made the combos in this video impossible.
And don't worry, acronyms like these are easy to forget lol.

I realized what stupidness I asked right after I posted it :) but I still don't see why the BR, why not just write Tekken 6, unless BR is a mark for the ps3 version.
