This is a 1979 made for TV movie based on the Barbara Cartland novel of the same name. I have previously uploaded just Timothy Dalton's parts of this movie for Dalton fans and am now going to upload the whole movie for Shane Briant fans since this was his only romantic lead over a long career of playing bad guys in numerous movies and TV shows and it hasn't seen the light of day in 30 years. The heroine, Vada (Linda Purl), is an innocent American heiress in Paris in the 1890's, and she seems to be in danger most of the time. Her true love, Pierre (Shane Briant) saves her from herself and the evil Marquis de Guaita (Timothy Dalton). As you'll see, it's one of those movies that's so bad it ends up being good fun. Enjoy!

Vada is a family nickname...really? Really? Then again, this is from a girl with the intelligence to go out with a guy who literally broke into her room. All alone. Queen of the smart decisions, this one. This movie really is delicious.
