vio77X, for a while now since I've been listening to these audios (thank you very much for them, btw, you are great!) I start to almost feel pressure to get in this Vortex. It's like, ok, I get sad sometimes (or angry or whatever) and then Im like, oh shit, I got out of the Vortex. And then I feel worse! Because on top of the sadness, now I feel angry at myself for not being able to feel good. Do you have an audio that addresses this? Im sure someone has asked Abraham about it. Thanks!!!

@velinap Out of the Vortex are step 1 moments, when you refine you preferences, ask for improvement, decide what you want. Just don't make a career out of it. So, when you know what you don't want , ask yourself what you do want and then look only in that direction. Meditate, appreciate, find any excuse to feel good, talk about what you want, find positive aspects about everything and everyone, imagine the happy endings...and you're back in the Vortex !

@laaspen Well that’s just a matter of opinion.eh ! I know Ab’s teachings inside out, so don’t need a reminder on the “ denial of responsibility “ ethic. Personally I prefer to call it ~ Love, but, hey, like Tina Turner sings “ What’s love got to do with it ? ! “ You’re right on one thing though, this Free Spirit sure got plenty of BAD ass attitude, wouldn’t strut my stuff across the universe without it ! : )
