Tabitha's House -- operated by only Tabitha for 25 kids -- in Cap Haitian in poor section of city. She is in need of a second story and a new tin (or concrete) roof so that water doesn't continue to leak through and ruin children's sleeping area. Also, concrete needed in courtyard as one enters house. The house is well maintained and the children are very respectful.
A tin roof or red tile roof are way better than a concrete roof for any house in Haiti right now. Haven't learned anything from this earthquake. You people shouldn't be too much in a hurry to construct any houses now in Haiti until building codes are in affect.
