Al-Qaeda is more of a buzz word that links any anti-western views together, making it seem like an organized network, when it isn't. They don't even call themselves Al-Qaeda. Al-Qaeda was actually just the CIA database name of mujahideen trained by the west to fight the Russians. The word actually means database. Funny if you look at it like that.

Better safe than sorry. They're not actually arresting him yet, but it will be necessary to look out, just in case he really is the culpit. It could be fake, though.
