Against a good team you're not really nuetralizing it as much as you're giving them more cover as they can just stand in it and pick from there.

Your right kameelyan, to a certain extent...
I should have said "momentarily" nuetralizes this position. As this throw will certainly allow a well-timed entrance from lower A and mid. Additional smokes/flahses and bullets should follow to get the bomb down safely.
