Today I began my journey with the P90X program. For anyone who doesn't know what this is, it's basically a kick in the rear end physically and a total eating make over. Fun stuff, really.
Today's workout was chest and back as well as the Ab Ripper X workout. At this point, if I never see another pull up or push up again, I won't cry.
