Your definition of the word mystical and Einstein's ideas about mystery do not change the nature of Zazen.

The word meditation may be used to describe practices found in both Zen and what I've dubbed "New Age Mysticism", but those practices are not the same. The word is the same, the practice is different.

If your meditation includes astral projection and out of body experiences, it is not Zen meditation. Zazen is sitting, that's all. If you have an epiphany, its got nothing to do with zazen.

No more videos of everything more creative writing especially magic and fantasy, I don't like all the videos, still photographs can be very zen though, haikus, no more tv no radio, hermit life, no more judgemental forums just stream of consciousness an it harm none no ego
