Good video, Im doing my first all-grain this sunday, really looking forward to it.

At the start of the boil you scooped away the stuff from the hot break? Is that proteins or something? Ive never seen that done before.

@HopBrewPie Hi, I scoop the froth off I read that in an old book I found that it helps the beer to clear after, I think your rite its probably proteins.
