@noshy09 1) there are some masters like Ostad Taher, Aliakbar Moradi, darvish Golnazar, his teacher Amrollah Shah Ebrahimi and others that are /were really better than this. He was promising good but he had less time than those masters unfortunately.
2) This magham (gol o har ) does not belong to the sacred repertory but is still traditional. Most of what he used to play in concert is a "pop" version of Tamireh (half way between persian and kurdish music with sufi lyrics).

no one can ply this amazing instrument better than him. no one will ever be as good as him.
tambur is our religions instrument, none of use know what its histroy is. (have some recpect for tambur)
