DC in the late 80s early 90s is too crazy to show on tv. But if they did it, the creators of the wire are the only ones I'd want to try. Otherwise itd wind up like K-ville on some dumb shit. Even now DC got more of its own flavor than just about any city in the US, but back then in the true murder cap days it wasnt even a comparison. Lately tho violence in DC been calmin down while Bmore been gettin crazier.

even b 4 the wire...B-more was on some other shit...i was in job corps, coming from VA...I knew of melvin williams...the real Barksdale boys...young bwoys driving around 300-ZX's..listening to Faggot Tony..Hammer Jacks..ODell's...the harbor...Westside 2 the eastside..stay in the county if u can't ride with pride...they should do a show on DC, they got even more local flava and that is where Rayful Edmunds put it down...also where Alpo was trying to set up shop but got shot .
