Mrs RoadBikePhoto is a practice nurse in a doctor's surgery..
Every Thursday Julia has Baby Clinic.. This means for 3 hours every Thursday afternoon she stick needles into screaming babies arms ..
I have been sending her videos to cheer her up on Thursdays as she so hates doing this as she so loves children...
