The Rock is an annual off-roading event that Superior Axle & Gear and Full Traction Suspension put on at Area BFE during Moab Easter Jeep Safari and is it ever a ton of fun. This was my 3rd time attending this event and 2nd time as Project-JK.com in our 2007 Jeep JK Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited. However, this time around, we came sitting on a Full Traction 4" Ultimate Lift, 1" M.O.R.E. body lift, 37x13.50 Toyo M/T's mounted on Walker Evans beadlocks and armored up with PUREJEEP bumpers and rocker guards. Along for the ride was Jen (toad) and Jeff (bullfrog) in the 2-door X sitting on a TeraFlex 2.5" budget boost and 35" Toyo M/T's, Jason (SDMF) in his 2-door Rubicon sitting on a Currie Rock Jock JK suspension system, 35" Cooper SST's, Shrockworks Mid-Width front bumper and LoD Rear Bumper and Wayne, Kat and Aaron in their JK Rubicon Unlimited sitting on top of a Full Traction 4" Ultimate Lift, 37" Goodyear Wrangler MT/R's, AEV beadlocks, front bumper and corner guards and Rock Hard rear bumper, rocker guards and sport cage. The trail we ran at this year's. the Rock V, was Greenday and with the exception of one TJ taking a dump, we all came out damage free. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this video from our day in Area BFE.

  • how much does cost each one of the tires ???

  • @berrada99 i suppose it depends on which tire you are asking about

  • What part of Alaska is this? Alaska's Hall road is how I got into jeeps. I drove a Dodge Caravan to the arctic circle from Los Angeles. It was not the same Van I started with when I got home. It was down 1 wind shield 2 tiers The gauges did not work. well you get the picture.Saw a lot of 4 wheelers. there was a bunch of jeeps in a line. well that is when the Jeep bug bit. this is another great video. Thank for sharing Alaska.

  • @kowz4u sorry, but i think the reference to alaska was made because of how cold it was that day. we were in moab, ut.

  • i just bought a jeep and wana do some rock crawling but i need to know whats the best lift i can get for this??

  • @creepiestcat "best" is relative and to a degree, subjective. the question you really need to be asking is, how much of a budget do you have to work with.

  • that is a really cool video

  • One of the Greatest Jeep/Moab vids! :) LIKE ;)

  • @wayalife Donno, It was just a curiosity , because simple 4x4 tires are very expensive , so those on the Wrangler seems to be very special because they are very big , so ...anyways....

  • @wayalife Oh I must have gotten distracted watching all the jeeps. well one day I do want to go for a drive through Moab. Thanks again.
