@TylerCharlesFisher Well, the Doctor is weird like that. He probably forgot to take it off or wears it for some sort of extremely unlikely emergency.

@Cynderdragoness13 Yup, that's him. One of the better classic doctors, not that any version of him could possibly be not awesome. Already as eager to "permanently borrow" things as in the new series.XD Doesn't have his epic reputation yet, but you can progressively see him earn it over the course of the classic series (which all takes place *before* the Time War, just so you won't be confused) There is some gradual character developement, but at times you think he hasn't changed at all. XD
