Chilly, windy, cloudy and just a bit sunny, on this early spring afternoon along the winds blew, clouds hovered overhead, the mountains were snowcapped, the hang gliders were out in force, lovers walked along the beach path, and children frolicked in the sand under the watchful eye of their parents.
