The irony is that the Tuna fish....the best blue Tuna is found here. It is exported to Japan, Europe and USA.....and Asian countries. Yes........they are swallowing all the toxic waste that they dump in Africa. Why do you think your cancer rates are so high? We Africans eat the smaller fish. The larger the fish, the greater the bio accumulation of toxic heavy metals. Many large scale fish canning companies steal fish off the coasts of Africa. They have destroyed their own fish with toxic waste.

this problem must be solved before the entire East Africa suffer from poisoning by toxic and nuclear stuff!! What the hell are the Europeans doing? @nytquil1 The Europeans have not only come into the region and fished it to the brink, they have also dumped their toxic and nuclear waste...this has collapsed the fishing industry in Somalia. When the country is already wracked by drought in agriculture, what's left for a man of honest means to do? He picks up a gun and points it at those who have trespassed him...

Disgusting how developed countries can find money to patrol the waters around Somalia with their navies, but they can't find a way to constructively invest in the well being of the country which would ultimately lead to a cessation of such activities, and probably be the most economical option. Dumping toxic waste on the Somalian coast is simply adding insult to the situation.

ive also heard stories of these pirates actually being backed by foreign organized crime type 'investors' . which seems pretty smart. That makes these dudes a little less Robin Hood, don't you think? let's face it.. prolly ain't nobody trying to save Somalia from whatever goes on there. It's all jut a bunch of greed and it's wrong.
