My website AlexLosAngeles.com read my free blogs. This is my 1 year body transformation i first started working out at home for the first 6 months then i hit then gym in june and thats when i really started noticing results

  • how often do you do cardio and abs?

  • @mcnugdro i usually do cardio 3-4 times and abs 3 times now.

  • What can you bench at the moment? Kgs?
