To the best of my knowledge this is a studio track (as well as Sex Drive that follows it.) The two new studio tracks were tacked on the end of the Flashpoint live album. But does anyone know if Bill Wyman plays on this track? He's not featured in the official video, but he technically didn't leave the band until the end of '92...

Thanks for posting this, but I find most of the later Stones songs sound quite similar after they brought Ronnie Wood into the group.
