dude, these are human beings. sure this is the internet and you feel like a big pair of brass ones behind your monitor but don't negate the value of life because a group of people have a habit you find distasteful.

We couldn't find any evidence that second hand smoke is dangerous until after smoking bans went into effect. Could it be that confining smokers into predefined smoking areas has made second hand smoke more dangerous than when smokers were sparsely intermingled with non-smokers?

the whole point of this isnt whether second hand smoke is bad for you or not, it's about having the right to choose...Laws such as this have started a snowball effect...first you cant smoke in bars...now you have to be a certain distance from a building...in some places you cant even smoke outside...which in my opinion is absolute bullshit...if your so goddamn worried about second hand smoke than maybe we should ban all vehicles in cities...they pollute the air OMG WERE ALL DEAD

@avriend43:
The problem is that does someone have a right to deprive others of their health against their will?
I wouldn't say that someone addicted to setting themselves on fire should be allowed to when in public, as this deprives others of their mental health without their consent.
