whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy its love!!! rrealy love dont hurt it other aspect in the relation in and after . and feeling of losing what hurts not love its self.fear of lose lost hurts . .but it hurts man it's complex never try to figure it out go with the flow. live in the moment. not the past. and make wise chocies. but no we are result of are past a template of .and be now is living and alive in real time . cant realy learn from past because life is ever changing no matter what one thinks never the same cant repeat time when past past never exact never repeats exactley . so have to live in the now. and become the living now .to live real lfe .and be ever changing with and flow movement makes strength and made to move life is just that to live. and grow and learn as we move its simpal thought is a prosccess threw the mind to a conclusuion or a action. be thought less to be free like breathing is not thought about it is just done.. so dwelling on the past where good bad sad keeps it thier and fuels the fire .have to let go to live but no you can t forget.most thing never forgot 1st love an life injury a loved one lost .hardist things to keep a secret true loyality and being honist to one self.not for ones wants . but thinking of trying to get rid of .or fix .or forget. just fule the fire and remind the mind to remeber. so just be and it will come be thought less.to rid of best you can tuff because cercumstances.so it varys as all. just dont strew in pain or loss or ex a realation ship some one cheated cant beso protect of next like he or she is or will or you wont have a realation ship beside different being and thier will be something else anyway that how people carry things with them and they grow so dont tend and havest them let them fade away..and wish past the best and pray for them and forgive even if never see again ...ex..and it will bettter your self in many ways .. if bad sad int will remane and get stronger .and consume you remeber thier is realy no correct way thier is better ways for certain one's and not better ways but no exact way to we are all different and take in all different so everything realy a guide and trurth beon the guide it with in one self .the trurth . true we are what we think and become what we do we are beings of habit so have good habit or best habits you can for health spirit mind body and soul .and never be scared of dyeing passing we all do it life live it ..emotions positiveand negative we all have both develope habits which will incuragedeveploment of positiveemotionand aids in converting negative emotion into some formof use ful action. as we all no no posstive people who are mostley negative i to have it and work on it it a cautionary thing but better from nowing negtive thinking crates stress turn stress in to a postive out let exercise or anthing that has a good for your being groth . we will never no all the answeras to all so dont try to figure them all out most not ment to be answeraed and to complex beon are thinging human minds realy even thow we thing tec is so advance is it realy .better are world from / yes postive + negative but unbalance which the world need balnce wherther good or bad it how it works realy the earth is it own we are on it planet ..dealy serios means to be sincereto one self and it sincerirty that finiltlly lead to the way honist to one self with open mind not fotr one self or gains for true most cant be to one self once trurth ful life begin and understanding of all around us and humans and understanding is have no negitive opion on any human you have not walked thier path in thier shoe or no their life or up bringing so no one can realy be judged for anything nomatter nothing .we mno very little for how much thier realy is very little if not you can say none realy compared to the big out look ..thanks seee ya
