  • Fantastic final appearance. Might be true what they say about 'rallying right at your end' -- his previous interview (8 days prior to death) seems very muddled, confused, and possibly inebriated. All in all, I think 70 yrs was a pretty good run.

  • The Lady From Shanghai and Touch of Evil are basically the definitions of unpretentious. Pure film noir fun.
