Cool.I sometimes do use a small tripod in other videos. Just draws a lot of funny looks with RC cars and tripods and cameras here at my age lol.
It was my mates. He had the original 20t stinger version before the XL5. It ran well, but the gearing was too long and with the 8 cell it cooked 2 titans. Eventually went Mamba Max 5700k

This video was pretty cool. Who ever was driving did a nice job, but you should consider using a tri pod so it is more steady. If you want to see a well edited video type in "awesome traxxas stampede jumps" on youtube.

What 8 cell are u using? How many volts,and what brand? Didnt the 8 cell burn up ur esc?

@demonsparkx
8 cell was fine on the ESC but burnt out the Titan's too fast.
Think it was around 11v fresh off the charger
Can't remember the brand of pack

@hardcoretam Ohh damn that sucks to hear that man,was the pack a 11.1V or a 8.4V pack,that when it was fully charged had around 11volts in it? U kinda just made me change my mind into buying a 8cell lol. I figured a 8cell 8.4V and 5000mah would be fine for a bone stock stampede xl-5. What do u think? Im not looking for performance/speed,just a slightly longer overall run time. Thanks!

@demonsparkx
It was a 9.6v pack but when it was fresh off the charger it peaked at over 11 volts.
If you want longer run time go for something with around 5000mah (Elite cells from cheap battery packs.com are good value for money (google them)
a 8 cell 5000mah pack won't last as long as a 6 cell 5000mah pack. The higher voltage causes the motor to draw more power and drains the battery faster.. All 8 cells are 9.6v though, it's 7 cells that are 8.4v
