Everyone likes to be encouraged. It feels good when someone believes in you, acknowledges your work and validates your existence. All that has you feel like you make a difference for the betterment of something. But...What happens when none of this happens? What do you do when no one is around?
You do it yourself!
Today's Action Step:
Start your own engine and rev it up. Make self motivation a habit by practicing 4 steps:
1. Write down your goal and your intentions...Sometimes it isn't enough to know what you want. Write out the reasons why you want it and why it's important. The trick is to keep it simple.
2. Write down all the action steps you'll need to take. Break everything down into small attainable tasks and steps. Make a list and check things off...It helps to show progress.
3. Visualize yourself already there. What will it look like? How will it feel? What will be available? What could be next? See it...Feel it...Experience it before you're there!
4. Have at it...Get to work and see the results!
