@Shadowcaster316 here are just a few examples:: constitution. org / uslaw / defunlaw.txt
try that for starters

@NewtGunray You REALLY need some education. I'm not suggesting everyone should 'fight' the police in any manner; however, you are ONLY obligated (using your word) to 'submit to LAWFUL AUTHORITY. IF, and I emphasize 'IF,' the LEO's command/order IS UNLAWFUL, THEN you, as a citizen of the US have the constitutional right to 'resist.' You just better be sure you have it on tape (audio & video) because you will probably need it. Give respect where respect is due/earned. period

@jerzziegurl then ur citizens should be receiving hefty 'retirement' settlements in the form of 42 USC 1983. look it up..

He would probably be a different person if he wasn't 5' 6

i live in wildwood born and raised i know this cop personally i know all these cops and they sit like vultures ready for you to say something to film them they have nothing to do its a ghost town we dont have mtv bringing attention to us this is what our cops do. our clubs are prejudice against us you speak and you have no idea this aint seaside heights this is the real jersey shore! this is what happens here we have no rights
-
@NewtGunray your a dumbass

Don't now the story behind this, or if the cop was right or wrong. I do know that in general, the cops in the Wildwoods (and the towns themselves) will NOT put up with the same kinds of crap that the cops up in Seaside Heights & some other places do. So maybe Punks and "tough guys" should stay up there where they can have more of the place to themselves.

“Citizens may resist unlawful arrest to the point of taking an arresting officer's life if necessary.” Plummer v. State, 136 Ind. 306. This premise was upheld by the Supreme Court of the United States in the case: John Bad Elk v. U.S., 177 U.S. 529. The Court stated:
