No Xplode is way better. The best flavor I thought was blue raz.

the taste will grow on you, i don't think that NO xplode has BCAA's so i think thats how they get around the taste.

I think the reason why you want to take "dumps" is the fact that the product effects the central nervous system. I dont know its just a guess I have the same probelm with all pre workouts LOL

@SoDudeTV do you have any suggestions for a hardgainer, because for the life of me i dont ever seam to improve mass wise.

to me they are both good for a good price that motivates me with the energy to go to the gym, but i prefer n.o shotgun because it tastes better.

@raptor700fanatic No it will not help you gain muscle mass. It is simply a pre-workout. It dilates your veins thus increasing blood flow to your muscles. Your pumps will be stronger and help you last longer in the gym. If you need to gain mass, change your diet to more proteins, low carbs.

Ummm, what do you mean it's simply a "pre-workout" supplement? You do understand that simply means it's to be taken before your actual workout to maximize your potential, right? Thus, it does allow you to pump more reps and build more muscle because you'll be able to exhaust your muscles more. However, you are right that a proper diet and rest is key.

@Noc4ball NO Xplode is a pre workout, implying exactly what it says (take it pre/before your workout). The workout is only half of the equation. A pre workout will only stimulate your body and allow you to work out harder. When you work out hard your muscles are tearing. If you were to ignore the recover/diet, your muscles would never get larger. The recovery stage is where you will build muscle. When done correctly with rest, proper diet, and proteins, your muscle will rebuild and grow larger.
