Not really. If you are watching the television from more than 5 feet,you cant notice the difference.

@MontageReflex what are you smoking? the only lcd's that are cheaper are the shitty 60hz choppy lcd's. they arent smooth thats why they are so cheap

What did you do?? I work many years in TV and electronics. NEVER LAY DOWN YOUR PLASMAS ON FRONT. It's not LCD. READ ABOUT THAT and you know what i mean. Sorry for my english.

Plasmas are way better then LCD's dude, but you have to know, laying the plasma down like that has got to be the dumbest thing you could have done, you're not supposed to lay down Plasmas like that, or ANY kind of flat panel tv for that matter!
