true that:80's freestyle was about having fun,getting on the dance floor and just jam.A lot of them did concerts together,I saw sweet sensation,pajama party,stevie b,denise lopez in san diego 1n 89 i was only 11 they were all having fun and enjoying themselves with nobody beefing or comparing each other they just wanted to make good music and give the fans their moneys worth,and they did that it was the best concert that i have ever gone to,I agree a lot with you this comparison crap is nonsense

Don't trip. There is going to be a freestyle show here in Los Angeles at the end of this month and the Cover girls are going to be there.

There people go w/ the comparison crap again. Anybody from this era wasn't comparing who was better. Expose vs cover girls, vs sweet sensations, vs safire, etc. They were just glad to be there. That's the difference between the generation that lived it n' enjoyed and this generation, who'se so trigger happy w/ the criticism. Haven't you heard..."Look for the negative and you'll find it."
