Is it rare if it's snowing there? I saw some pics of autumn Ashland and that town is like some dream. I love it and want to move there from this post-comunistic state in europe. You all who live/lived in Ashland are happiest people ever.

I was born in this town. Raised in Medford and later moved to Portland. I remember many holidays at my grandmas house just blocks from Shakespeare! Her house had a view of all of Ashland. When it would snow it was magical as a kid. I remember going to a real' "soda fountain" for a real Cherry Coke in the summer! Also 4th of July parades many years in a row. Never realized how intertwined Ashland was during my childhood. (sigh)

I lived there for 4 years 2000-2004, best little town in America. What an amazing place
